Just to provide an update on the following inquiry. I had very little response and of the few received there does not appear to be simple solution. All respondents seem to be doing a manual comparison.

Has anyone in the GIS community been asked to use GIS tools to compare addresses to the State's Florida Department of Revenues CST (Communications Services Tax) Jurisdiction Database to weed out County vs Municipality? And if so could you provide your methodology? After trying several differing ideas...none have worked.
