Does anyone know where the NOAA plume projection layers can be found?
ESRI was posting them on a website they established for the emergency but their data is now like 48 hrs old. Also they were just posting the 24 hr projection in the LYR format so you could use it on your own base map, the NOAA website has the current 72 hr projection on their website but in PDF format (can’t be used in GIS). I’m looking for the most current NOAA data in a format that can be used with my own ArcMap basemaps NOT the two-day old ESRI stuff!!!!
