shrug-l: Esri UC Plenary Session now posted online

For those of you that are like me and unable to attend the Esri UC, they
have posted the video of the Plenary Session on the UC website. Sounds
like a lot of new stuff and general improvements are coming in ArcGIS
10.1 which is scheduled to be released in 1st quarter of 2012. Here is
