shrug-l: Win Server 2008

I have hit a small wall on installing Arc Server 10 on Win Server 2008

 

I've installed the Dot Net Framework For GIS services 

I can't install the Dot Net Framework for Web Applications.  When I try,
nothing happens.  

So far all ESRI tech support said to do was run through the IIS setup
again. I did and found one small thing I missed - but it didn't solve
the problem.

 

Another weirdness is that two 64-bit security patches will not install. 

Has anyone else hit these problems?
