shrug-l: ArcGIS 10 SP 2 Update - Might want to hold off installing for now - Server too

Thanks for the heads-up Tripp.

We have also heard reports of ArcGIS Server 10 SP2 (at least the .NET flavor) not doing well either.
Folks that have tried it said that map services would randomly stop throughout the day.

Looks like several others are reporting issues with SP 2. Several folks on the North Carolina GIS email list server have reported issues opening MXDs that worked fine prior to installing the SP 2. After the install of SP 2 the MXDs would not open. They spent several hours on the phone with Esri Support and finally had to uninstall the SP to fix the problem.

So I would recommend holding off on installing SP 2. Sounds like it has several issues.
