shrug-l: MS Office 64 bit - ArcGIS 32 Bit

Shruggers,

I ran into an issue yesterday with ArcMAP not being able to "connect" to a
MS Access Database.  The call the ESRI maintenance resulted in no
solution.  Apparenetly, 32 bit ArcMAP does not recognize the 64 bit MS
office software.  Has anyone else run into this and what are the possible
solutions.  It is not possible to convert the database to a 32 bit, or a
older version (.mdb).
