GEOGRAPHIC INFO. SYSTEM ANALYST II           GRADE:  13                                  Exempt
Planning & Development/GIS
Minimum Qualifications
Highly advanced complex technical work in analysis and development of the Geographic Information System (GIS); performs application development, database and system design, data conversion, research, and analysis; resolves operational issues and assists in GIS training. Undertake special projects and assignments as requested by GIS Manager. Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, or Engineering or related field and 5 years of progressive experience with a large to midsized GIS, or a related field. A comparable amount of training or experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications. Requires a valid driver's license.
