shrug-l: Great Workshop

I wanted to echo what Jim has said. Thanks to all those responsible for
putting together another great SHRUG GIS Workshop. As always it is one of
the highlights of my year. I attend GIS conferences all across the US. The
SHRUG GIS Workshop is always one of the best organized and well run
conferences I attend.
