shrug-l: FAA Postpones Selection of UAS Test Sites

Hello All:

 

I hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable Thanksgiving holiday with family
and friends.

 

For those of you who may have attended my unmanned aircraft systems (UAS)
presentation at the recent SHRUG Workshop, you may be interested in the
following link. Citing safety and privacy concerns, the FAA has indefinitely
postponed the selection of the six test sites that were to assess the use of
small UAS in national airspace.
