shrug-l: Software Manager Lead Developer Position at F4 Tech in Tallahassee

F4 Tech currently has one opening for a Software Manager Lead Developer in their Tallahassee, Florida office.  The chosen applicant would be a key member of the consulting services group which currently has five employees.

Responsibilities for the position include:

o       Code .NET web and windows applications in C#
o       Client relations
o       Supervise and mentor both onsite and remote software  developers, assigning tasks and priorities
o       Scope projects for tasks and budgets
o       System architecture and design
o       Project management of software development projects
o       Write  software requirements and technical specifications

Requirements for the position include:

o       5+ years in software development including 2+ years in a leadership role
o       Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
o       Familiar with developing web and desktop applications using the  Microsoft .NET framework
o       Familiar with MS Visual Studio 2008 and 2010
o       Proficient in programming in C#
o       Prior experience with ASP.NET MVC 3/4 framework
o       Prior experience with object-oriented design and development
o       Knowledge of Unified Modeling Language (UML)
o       Prior experience managing senior and junior level developers
o       Prior experience with version control
o       Prior experience with requirements design and project management
o       U.S. citizen who currently resides in the U.S. and is fluent in English

Applicants with the following credentials will be preferred:

o       Prior development experience using the ArcGIS Server stack
o       Experience with SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript/jQuery, and AJAX
o       Experience with issue tracking/ticketing systems
