shrug-l: FW: Geometric Network question

Do you have to export to a shapefile?  Since the geometric network has a
schema I would think you have to export to a file geodatabase.

Good Morning,

I have used the Utility Network Analyst to identify “connected features”,
and now I want to save those connected features out from the *geometric
network* to a new shapefile or feature class. Since the identification does
not involve a selection, it’s not just a simple export.

I’m hoping one of you will be able to help me figure out how to do that.
