Thanks for the swift responses.

>From what I see, data from 1851 - 2011 is compiled in a dataset, I accessed
it from
http://maps4.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/A-16/NOAA_Hurricane_Tracks-Temporal/MapServer

For 2012 and 2013, it seems the individual storm data must be downloaded
from http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/gis/ which can then be combined into one
dataset.  Luckily they were quiet seasons!
