shrug-l: GISP Application Workshop - Find out about the GISP Certification and get help with your GISP application.

GA URISA is hosting a GISP Application workshop on November 9th in Columbus
GA. Learn what it takes to earn your GISP certification and why this
certification could be important to you. You will pickup many tips for
putting together a successful application from someone that has reviewed
scores of applications as part of the GISP Application Review committee.
Attendees will also learn about upcoming changes to the process and
requirements such as the exam. 

 

In addition, you will have a chance to work one-on-one with a GISP who has
gone through the process. So please bring your application forms and
supporting documentation such as college transcripts, course certificates,
conference attendance badges, and more. You will have a chance to ask
specific questions concerning your application. 

 

Lunch will be provided for all those that attend this workshop. This
workshop can be used as education points toward getting or renewing your
GISP certification.
