The Surveying & Mapping Office of the Florida Department of Transportation has a Geographic Mapping Specialist position available.  This position's primary responsibilities include:


*         Maintain the County General Highway Maps using Geographic Information Systems

*         Develop other geospatial products as necessary to support other Department offices, other state agencies, and other external customers.

*         Collect, compile, analyze, and record a variety of spatial data in support of the Surveying and Mapping Office.
