shrug-l: GIS Automation Advice Needed

Hello SHRUGers,

I am in the MGIS program online through Penn State. I am in the final push of the program and am starting up my capstone project. I will be doing spatial analysis to create a decision tool/prioritization of septic tank conversions in the Wakulla Springs springshed (I can explain more later). I will be doing a raster analysis including several data layers representing multiple criteria ratings with possible weightings. I need some technical advice on possibly automating the process into a tool of some kind. I am not a programmer so as much as I would like to create a full on tool, it really isn't feasible. I need to know if there is a reasonable option for me to include automation in my project goal. I'm thinking Model Builder but don't have any real experience using it so I need some direction on whether that's reasonable and where to start. I am also interested to know how something like that could be incorporated in AGOL. So... is there anyone out there willing to volunteer their time to mentor me through this part of my project? I want to learn/do something that I haven't done before but I don't want to set myself up with an impossible task. :) Thanks!!
