shrug-l: ArcGIS Pro 1.2 possible issue with creating a layer package

Hey everyone,

I think I may have stumbled across an issue with the latest version of
ArcGIS Pro when trying to create a layer package. So I was trying to create
a layer package on a layer that contains a definition query. When I run the
create layer package tool I get a general function failure error. If I
export the layer to a new feature class only containing the features that
the definition query displayed, the create layer package tool works as
expected. 

 

So I can only assume that it does not like a definition query when creating
a layer package. I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue?
