shrug-l: Anyone else having issues with 10.5?

So have been using 10.5.1 for about a month now. It I am having all kinds of
speed issues with it. It takes about twice a long to load as 10.4 did.
Opening the layer properties from the TOC takes forever. Panning and Zooming
if I am using an Esri Basemap can lock it up for 5 minutes or more. Anyone
else having these same issues?
