Colleagues,
I'm in the process of updating the lidar coverage status for Florida as it appears in the U.S. Interagency Elevation Inventory(https://coast.noaa.gov/inventory<https://coast.noaa.gov/inventory/>). As you probably know, the U.S. Interagency Elevation Inventory (USIEI) displays the location of high-accuracy topographic and bathymetric data for the United States. The project is a collaborative effort between the U.S. Geological Survey and NOAA and is critical to the 3DEP planning process. The USIEI also directly supports the ongoing Florida Statewide Lidar Assessment project which is sponsored by the Florida Geological Survey.

When you get an opportunity, please check the USIEI for your region to verify all existing lidar coverage areas, as well as projects that are in-work, appear in the inventory. Let me know if any are not accounted for, preferably by February15th. For this update cycle I'm primarily Interested in coverage areas > 300 sq miles unless the footprint covers an urban area.
