shrug-l: Critical public apps and the cloud

Thought I would share this article with you.  If any of you have servers go down during emergency situations, due to overwhelming public traffic to your web sites, you should look at the cloud.  This story includes mention of the City of Tallahassee's move to Esri managed cloud services for their electric outage map.  Hurricane season starts tomorrow, be prepared.  There are many cloud options available for you.
