USDA Farm Service Agency National Agriculture Imagery Program (NAIP) acquires aerial imagery during the agricultural growing seasons in the US and distributes the data for free.

With all of the leaf-off, higher resolution aerial available within Florida, outside of the agricultural programs directly related to the program, I am not aware of other programs with a heavy reliance on this imagery - but I wanted to pass it along for awareness in case your program is reliant on this imagery.
