Good Afternoon!
The GIS/CADD Services Section at FDOT Surveying & Mapping Office has an opening for a GIS Mapping Analyst I. The primary duties of this position include:

*         Perform quality control in support of Geographic Information Systems (GIS)/Computer Aided Drafting and Design (CADD) products and services.

*         Assist with defining customers data needs, project requirements, and required deliverables.  Assist with presenting information to customers and answering questions.

*         Provide technical support for cartographic design and high quality map production and all GIS related workflows for the Surveying and Mapping Office.

*          Perform other technical assignments needed to support the Surveying and Mapping Office.  These assignments include but are not limited to: copyright registration, data distribution, map scanning and archiving, and field inventory.

The hiring range for this position is $33,377.24 to $39,063.90. The position closes on October 3, 2017.
