shrug-l: SUM - Just curious - Anyone still using Silverlight to develop pps?

There are several responses to this post and it appears that Silverlight is dead, period!  In the meanwhile suggestions include HTML5 and JavaScript.  What are differences between the two?  Mobile support?  Does ESRI has any templates that help to get started? Anything to add?
