shrug-l: SHRUG-L Digest, Vol 143, Issue 11

Re: Now here is a new one, least for me.

We are seeing problems with a shift of about 10 meters east, at least
that's the distance in the area where I'm currently looking. I've checked
two other imagery basemap services, Mapbox and USGS, as well as looking at
NAIP imagery on disk. All three of those are very similar and agree with
some GPS data I have on hand, whereas the Esri World Imagery is different.
We're also seeing places where Esri's imagery is lower resolution than it
used to be.

This started last week, shortly after Esri announced updates to the imagery
service.
