  *   ESRI GIS Applications, ArcGIS Desktop , ArcGIS Server, Geodatabase , Knowledge of ArcGIS Server , knowledge of ArcFM and .Net
  *   Awareness/Knowledge on Industrial practices & Standard
  *   The candidate should also have a strong understanding of
     *   Electricity Transmission and Distribution business
     *   Project Management
     *   System Implementation Lifecycle
     *   Business Requirements Gathering

Good Communication skills

  *   International exposure
  *   Comprehensive industry knowledge about Power Systems Operations and Transmission & Distribution segment.
  *   Beneficial if he has a Gas domain experience
