Hi SHRUGers,

I have a question about printing costs being passed on to the public. If you are in government/nonprofit/ or provide printing services do you charge people for large format printing? This would be, as in local government's case, like someone in the community wants a large format (24"x36" or larger) printout of your zoning map or other map. Or you have a project with design plans and a firm want to have a copy of the plan printed out before bidding on the project. Is there a cost for printing out the design set?

If you are in private sector have you come across charges for large format printing when requesting design plans or maps?

If you do have charges or fees for printing what are they?
If you have had to pay charges or fees for printing what are they?

Thanks for any information you can share.
