shrug-l: Deprecating a Collector web map

Hi all,

I'm in the process of creating a new Collector web map for Alachua County, Office of Land Conservation that will have a couple of new editable layers. I want to discourage the use of the current web map we've been using, and it looks like the way to do that is to Deprecate the feature layer and the web map, so that the content is still present in ArcGIS online, but it shows up in the Collector app on a mobile device that it's no longer active/usable.
