Hello everyone,
The Davey Resource Group is looking for someone that will serve as a senior
GIS Analyst that will lead a group or team of technicians and analyst.
Right now everyone is working remotely due to Covid. Eventually, when
things get back to normal, this position would be based in our office in
Alpharetta GA (Metro Atlanta).

A general description of the position is provided below:

   - Work closely with our Implementation team during new project setup
   - Take lead on GIS projects after setup by Implementation Team
   - Coordinate with field crews on data collection and processing
   - Manage project teams consisting of GIS Analysts and Technicians.
   - Manage and track project schedules once handed off from the
   Implementation team
   - Track and report numbers on various project for purposes of production
   and invoicing
   - Assist with management and maintenance of web maps and services
   - Assist with database administration (SDE with SQL Server)
   - Provide 1st tier technical support as needed for field and office
   users on implemented Esri ArcGIS Product stack including ArcGIS Online,
   ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Enterprise, and Collector/Field Maps
   - Conduct data analysis as requested for projects
   - Assist with data updates and map creation as needed
   - Assist with testing of scripts and tools
   - Communicate with both internal and external clients on GIS-related
   issues and requests

The Davey Resource Group provides a wide range of services primarily within
the electrical field. Our GIS teams support these projects from start to
finish, providing technical assistance including database setup and
configuration, creating web maps and data collection builds, performing
data analysis, and more mostly using ArcGIS.

Preferred Skills include:

   1. Three or more years experience using ArcGIS Desktop and/or ArcGIS Pro
   2. Two or more years experience accessing and editing data in an
   enterprise geodatabase
   3. Experience publishing web maps to ArcGIS Online, Server, and/or
   Enterprise
   4. Some experience using ArcGIS Collector and configuring web maps for
   use in Collector
   5. Understand the difference between Archiving and Versioning in an
   Enterprise Geodatabase
   6. Some experience with project and team management
