ArcReader - seems like a reasonable solution to make published maps
interactive, but I don't know the software limitations (i.e. can it handle
display transparency, how secure is the packaged data, etc)</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

IMS - I have the resources, but anything internet-based can have performance
issues. I also worry about network connects during
presentation.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
