<P><FONT SIZE=4 FACE="Arial">I have one shapefile that is completely contained within a second shapefile.</FONT>

<P><FONT SIZE=4 FACE="Arial">I want to subtract the first shapefile from the second, creating a third shapefile that is the outer shapefile minus the contained shapefile (e.g., the outer shapefile with a hole in it the size of the contained shapefile).</FONT></P>
