frequency RTK GPS equipment is capable of such accuracy. It really
depends on the environment, but if you are looking at something for asset
inventory or say sanitary or storm, I would recommend a dual constellation
system (GPS+GLONASS) as I have used SEVERAL manufacturers equipment both GPS
only and GPS+GNSS. It works a lot better in the "Real World" where you
can't get away from sky obstructions that greatly affect GPS only.</FONT></DIV>

Ashtech--Javad.). If you are looking for a long-term solution and will use
a 3rd party data carrier for corrections look at the reference station unit
