<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I have a dilemna that I wanted to throw out at you.&nbsp; I recently received my upgrade package for 9.2.&nbsp; I installed it like any good GIS techie should do, and am now having some projection issues with shapefiles that were previously created in 9.1.&nbsp; Here is the situation:</FONT></P>

<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">When I create a new graphic with an aerial that I have, I set my corresponding projection (in this case, NAD 83 State Plane North (Feet)).&nbsp; The aerial is shifted &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; according to the projection, and then I add the 9.1 shapefile to the aerial.&nbsp; The shapefile is shifted up, and to the left on every new graphic created.&nbsp; Using an &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; existing graphic, I can happily add all the shapefiles I want, and they line up correctly.</FONT></P>
