<P dir=ltr><SPAN lang=en-us><FONT face="Courier New" size=2>Let anyone who wants to be part of the Shrug Workshop participate. A SHRUG-FLURISA conference is fine but not a FLURISA-SHRUG Conference. This is first and foremost a SHRUG event.</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P dir=ltr><SPAN lang=en-us><FONT face="Courier New" size=2>However, I see a large conflict of interest in Lee Hartsfield beimng president of both SHRUG and FLURISA at the same time, especially when they are in discussion with each other.</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P dir=ltr><SPAN lang=en-us><FONT face="Courier New" size=2>I believe he should be required to step down from one of these organizations before any further discussion takes place.</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P dir=ltr><SPAN lang=en-us><FONT face="Courier New" size=2>A "conflist of interest" or a "preception of a conflict of intesrest" is not in the best interests of either organization.</FONT></SPAN><SPAN lang=en-us></SPAN></P>
