ArcInfo automatically. You do have to purchase it as an extension if you
are using ArcView or ArcEditor. I personally, coming for the CAD world
originally, prefer to use Annotation. I like having the control Annotation
allows over labels. However if you are planning to use labels then I agree
Maplex is the way to go. </FONT></SPAN></DIV>

handling, how do you (or DO you) get a closer match between color on-screen
and output? I have to maintain a set of map books for each printer (Canon,
Savin, Epson) because output color differs so much between devices.<BR><BR>As
to your question, I just work within the limitations of ArcMap, constantly
reminded of its graphics design weaknesses.<BR>You're probably aware that
