watershed that drains into that location, or use Spatial Analyst and a DEM
to have GIS automatically do a delineation. The manual method requires
using the contours of a topographic map which is (in my opinion) more accurate,
but also requires skill and experience. With Spatial Analyst, a good DEM
is required, or you will get errors. If you would like more information,
