to share this message regarding an interesting upcoming workshop in the <st1:City w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Tampa</st1:place></st1:City> area --<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
<p><font face="Times New Roman" size=3><span style='font-size:12.0pt'><a href="http://www.gita.org/">GITA</a> is working with the <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:PlaceType w:st="on">University</st1:PlaceType> of <st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Tampa</st1:PlaceName></st1:place>
to hold a <a href="http://www.gita.org/ciper/gecco.asp">Geospatially Enabling
Community Collaboration (GECCo)</a> workshop on the 13th and 14th of
January. The focus of GECCo is to help bring organizations involved in
emergency/disaster response together to share geospatial information as it
relates to all elements of planning, mitigation, response, and recovery.
Typically, these events are sponsored as pre-cursors to <a href="http://gita.org/gis">GITA annual conferences</a> in the conference host
city.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
