Several folks on the North Carolina GIS email list server have reported issues opening MXDs that worked fine prior to installing the SP 2. After the install of SP 2 the MXDs would not open. They spent several hours on the phone with Esri Support and finally had to uninstall the SP to fix the problem. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>So I would recommend holding off on installing SP 2.
