<P>Last year I loaded ArcGIS 10 and service pack 2 on my laptop.</P>
<P>Here are the some specs of my laptop:</P>
<P> HP G70 Notebook</P>
<P> Pentium(R) Dual Core CPU</P>
<P> 4 GB RAM</P>
<P> 220 GB Hard Drive</P>
<P> 64 bit Operationg System</P>
<P> Windows Vista Home Premium Service Pack 2</P>
<P> </P>
<P>When I try to load a map from ArcGISonline ArcMap crashes.</P>
<P>It was suggested that I uninstall and reinstall ArcGIS.</P>
<P>So in December I uninstalled and reinstalled ArcGIS with service pack 3.</P>
<P>Same result, ArcMap crashes when trying to load maps from ArcGISonline.</P>
<P>Most of the other funtionality seems to work</P>
<P>It has been suggested that I may need more RAM for ArcGIS 10.</P>
<P> </P>
<P>I would appreciate any suggestions for fixing this situation.</P>
