<div>Took the layer I needed the Lat-Longs for, and converted the base map coordinate system for the whole drawing to NAD83(NSRS2007).</div>

<div>Started an Edit session.</div>

<div>Double clicked on my layer’s polygon to get it active.</div>

Used Edit Options to set the number of decimal places I need.</div>

<div>Clicked on Edit Sketch Properties, voila! There was the info I needed for each of the vertices.</div>
