Esri recommends individuals seeking to take the exam have at least two years of experience working with the software.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>High speed internet connection and a web browser which supports HTML5 are required to take this class. If you use the VOIP audio option, it is recommended you have a headset with earphones and mic. If you call in it is recommended you use a headset as well or have a mutable speaker phone. Dial-in users will be responsible for any long distance charges associated with attending this class.
