<span style="font-family:Cambria,serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Responsible for the ultimate success of all aspects of GIS (Global Information Services) support for their assigned site, which spans multiple applications and systems.</span></span><br>
<span style="font-family:Cambria,serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Implement, support, and maintain infrastructure technology systems with a focus on manufacturing devices and systems.</span></span><br>
<span style="font-family:Cambria,serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Accountable for incident management deliverables including, but not limited to: standardized work, process management (incident, change and problem), reporting/metrics, project management,
quality delivery, safety and driving continuous improvement.</span></span><br>
<span style="font-family:Cambria,serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Work directly with control and industrial engineers as well as GIS teams on a daily basis.</span></span><br>
<span style="font-family:Cambria,serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The incumbent will be responsible for Tier 1 support on manufacturing applications.</span></span><br>
<span style="font-family:Cambria,serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Lead technology support partners in re-engineering processes supported by technology systems, introducing new information and technology-based capabilities and opportunities, and in maintaining
and delivering the range of approved services and technology needed to support required business processes.</span></span><br>
<span style="font-family:Cambria,serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Assist in identifying and implementing business continuous improvement opportunities which may lead to small IT enhancements.</span></span><br>
<span style="font-family:Cambria,serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Work closely with lines of business areas and with Business Process Transformation team based on assigned It initiatives.</span></span><br>
