The candidate will be involved in back-end geodatabase maintenance as well as front-end mobile and web development for display and maintenance of spatial data. The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of web mapping principles and a strong foundation of
experience with the ArcGIS Enterprise software suite.<br>

This person will also provide support for mobile application and "Location Based " services.<br>

<strong>Qualifications</strong><br>
5+ years of experience with ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Portal<br>
Proficient with the ArcGIS JavaScript API<br>
Experienced with publishing, maintaining, and working with ArcGIS REST services<br>
Strong understanding of ArcSDE and the relational geodatabase model<br>
Proficient in performing intermediate advanced technical work providing technical support for GIS project implementation and operations.<br>
Experienced in creating, testing and enhancing GIS applications,<br>
Experienced in preparing GIS databases, maps, database reports and specialized queries in support of various projects.<br>
Qualified to generate, maintain and disseminate GIS layers.<br>
Proficient in producing complex maps for user departments and outside agencies.<br>
