Its been a while since I worked with those files, so I may not be fully current. <br>

I think the Appraisers office inserted extra "=" signs into the .csv to get it to format correctly on some end user's spreadsheets. Those extra characters impede conventional SQL/text database imports.<br>
<br>
I ended up cleaning those out of the .csv prior to any further processing. <br>
<br>
Often it was easier to do all the clean up and database work outside of the mapping software. Excel Power BI features and conventional SQL worked well. Even with a modest laptop I could get all the data from Leon into memory.

I also noticed about 100 duplicate PropertyID records that needed to be tidied up before I could enforce uniqueness on that field in the combined (parcel shapes and appraisers data) database.

There may also be an occasional "odd" parcel shape - a large area with little islands chopped out, multiple areas that are non adjacent - all under a single PropertyID.<br>

...a few things to keep you on your toes, but overall very good quality data. <br>
