<p class="MsoNormal">Any paper, ink and resources used outside of normal every day operations if documented are reimbursable. Usually your Documentation Unit through your EMA can guide you with what proper documentation outside the 214 might be required. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I’ve seen other counties document plotter usage, as well as recording how many miles of paper they used and get reimbursement. In your case it’s going to be the time mostly that you want to document, but again time outside of normal day
operations. Whether FEMA has the funding to reimburse it is the next billion dollar question.<o:p></o:p></p>
