Provide support for applications developed with ArcGIS Server and Portal for ArcGIS;</li></ul>

Lead the maintenance and migration of current GIS applications and the GIS Portal page for better design and modernization, as appropriate;</li><li class="x_MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: "Calibri", "sans-serif";mso-list:l0 level1 lfo4">
Provide assistance with maintenance of ArcGIS GIS Test and Production Servers and software;</li><li class="x_MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: "Calibri", "sans-serif";mso-list:l0 level1 lfo4">
Implement a software life-cycle management plan for the test and production environments;</li><li class="x_MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: "Calibri", "sans-serif";mso-list:l0 level1 lfo4">
Provide modifications and enhancements to existing applications as necessary;</li><li class="x_MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: "Calibri", "sans-serif";mso-list:l0 level1 lfo4">

Develop and support new and existing applications as necessary, these applications include but are not limited to D2 Enterprise GIS Web Viewer and Overlapping Projects Tool;</li><li class="x_MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: "Calibri", "sans-serif";mso-list:l0 level1 lfo4">
Maintain Relational Database Management System Microsoft SQL Server for the test and production servers;</li><li class="x_MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: "Calibri", "sans-serif";mso-list:l0 level1 lfo4">
Develop and maintain web-based mapping applications, including D2 Enterprise GIS Web Viewer, D2 Enterprise GIS Web Viewer, D2 GeoPONTIS, D2 NPDES and more;</li><li class="x_MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: "Calibri", "sans-serif";mso-list:l0 level1 lfo4">
Provide and assist with technology and functional upgrades to web applications;</li><li class="x_MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: "Calibri", "sans-serif";mso-list:l0 level1 lfo4">
Migrate existing applications in order to incorporate the GIS enterprise technologies;</li><li class="x_MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: "Calibri", "sans-serif";mso-list:l0 level1 lfo4">
Provide data refreshes for web map applications as required;</li></ul>

Create and share map services for consumption within the ArcGIS Server environment</p>
