Here is a much simpler inspection log that the SE Distrcit hands out as =
an
example, it also cites that applicable rule at the bottom

Dear Dawn and all SGQ County folks-

I caution you all to add to this brochure language re: following:

SQGs - also are required under FAC 62-730 to document weekly HW =
accumulation
container/area inspections...we have a good example log form to do this.
Weekly inspections should address info included in this form, which is
attached here. Required to keep waste testing results for at least 3 =
years
but should keep until retested, or indefinitely if not retested.

CESQGs - per 62-730, must be able to document generation rate by either
manifest records, or other, like a log, if manifests not sufficient to
document they are only a CESQG. Recommend keeping waste testting results
similarly to the SQG, although not required for a CESQG.

Glen,

I recently developed and printed a brochure for me to distribute to
potential
generators in Martin County. The contents are mainly from the Florida's
handbook for SQGs but a much shorter version with some additional info
about
what Martin County offers (roundups and contact phone numbers). Once I
developed it, the printing costs were minimal so I wanted to share it
with
you for your review in case you wanted to offer it out to any other
Counties
who can easily revise it to their logo & contact phone numbers. This is
a
Microsoft Publisher document.

Thank you, =20
