--Summary--Findings and Recommendations Pertaining to Air/Wipe/Bulk/TCLP Sampling Data From Electronics Recycling Facilities, FCI Elkton (Lead and Cadmium Only) (attached.)
       
Airborne cadmium was found to be 450 times the OSHA permissible exposure limit (PEL).
Airborne lead was 50 times PEL.
Dust samples contained as much as 16% lead.
Contaminants were assumed to be from unenclosed CRT glass breaking operations.
