[Sqg-program] FDEP Oracle Forms Upgrade (CHAZSQG)

Good Morning everyone,

Just as a reminder, there was an Oracle upgrade over the weekend so if you
haven't already installed the new JInitiator then whey you open Oracle you
may be prompted to install.  Just say yes and let it install, and then Oracle
should execute as normal.

 

Please let me know if you have any trouble with it.
