*Please make your hotel reservations right away. The conference committee
recommends making them by September 10th- there are a limited number  of
rooms available at the conference rate, when they are gone the rate will more
than double to $279! Even if your travel has not been approved, you can
reserve a room and cancel a few days before without any penalties. 

*To make reservations contact the Sheraton Burlington at (802) 865-6600.  If
you will be arriving on Monday the 13th or earlier, you will need to stay at
the backup hotel, the Best Western Windjammer, and then transfer to the
Sheraton - NAHMMA's meeting planning partner, Michelle Dunsford of American
Meeting Management (AMM) can help with these reservations or any hotel
issues, contact her at (904) 280-3965 or convene at comcast.net. The Best
Western can be contacted directly at 800-371-1125. 

* All conference details, including tours, training, speakers, etc., as well

* The fall colors promise to be spectacular this year- a predication of color
