EPA and State Data Stewards,

Today, EPA has made several changes to ECHO, including a home page
re-design, the addition of Toxics Release Inventory and National
Emissions Inventory data, the release of 2008 state annual reports for
CAA and RCRA, and the addition of several State Review Framework
searches. New ECHO searches added today have been available via OTIS
for a long period of time. Now that the information is publicly
available, please become familiar with the new format. There are now 3
search areas in ECHO (see bottom of the ECHO page - mouse over areas).
The left side contains facility searches, the middle section links to
State Review Framework Data, and the right side links to FAQ pages about
each program, which includes several PDF reports on EPA and State
activities. Here are several relevant links...

State Data Corrections of SRF Frozen Data

Regarding the 2008 SRF frozen state data (which cannot be changed), some
states requested that caveats or links to state sites be posted. That
information can be found here (if you have additional files to post,
please send them to me).

Lastly, if you are no longer a data steward, please contact Allison
Donohue at donohue.allison at epa.gov with the name, phone, and email
address of your replacement.
