(This is what they did to fix it)
Resource Center will be performing emergency hardware replacement on the production Oracle Application Server, Webapps, beginning today, March 25 at 6 p.m., EST. All DEP Oracle Forms, GIS services and Java applications (http://depapps.dep.state.fl.us:7777<http://depapps.dep.state.fl.us:7777/>, http://www.fldepportal.com<http://www.fldepportal.com/>, http://webapps.dep.state.fl.us<http://webapps.dep.state.fl.us/>) will be unavailable during this time. We anticipate these services will be restored by 8:00 p.m. EST.
